Save Presentation as PDF (Portable Document Format)

Saving the presentation as a PDF (Portable Document Format) may be beneficial. It reduces the overall file size and provides an easily viewable and printable document. This process requires an application to save or "print" files to PDF.

Twitter and Glogster

Working on creating a glogster- graphic poster for a Twitter class. Sometimes I think I get to focused in the presentation of my ideas rather than my ideas themselves. Not sure if that is good or bad- it all works out in the end.....

First glogster- still struggling embedding on my wiki....

Finally I Think I Have Something to Say...

ok, so for years I have been a reader of other people's blogs secretly wishing I was blogging myself. But then I would set up a blog and write an opening paragraph like this stating I was finally getting serious about blogging but I would never get farther than that.
In retrospect, I really wish I had just pushed myself as it would have logged my entire thought process over the past few years, however, no sense wishing for something that isn't...I am a complete twitter and facebook junkie- and currently starting to write my dissertation on social media tools, professional learning networks, and social capital. It's time for me to start sharing here. Hopefully, I will write meaningful and engaging contributions here- but if not- well..don't read them I guess....

Now let's see if I can make it back here this week...if not be sure to follow me on Twitter as I post there several times a day.
